What is Reiki? Reiki is a form of energy therapy recognized across cultures: prana in Eastern philosophy, chi in Chinese Medicine, ashe in Africa, ha or mana in Hawaii, and Ni or Nilchi’i among Native Americans (youaligned.com).

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki combines "Rei" (universal) and "Ki" (vital life force energy), promoting the body's innate healing ability through energy medicine. Originating in Japan over a century ago by Mikao Usui, this practice is transmitted through master-to-student teachings and initiations.

Benefits of Reiki:

  • Enhances physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance.
  • Complements traditional health treatments in hospitals and hospices worldwide.
  • Supports overall well-being by restoring energetic harmony.

Important Note: While Reiki is increasingly recognized in wellness practices, it does not replace medical care or treatment of medical illnesses. For medical concerns, consult a licensed physician.
