How and when will my session be scheduled?
For sessions, coaching, consulting, Reiki, writing support, and other scheduled services, I will follow up by email to coordinate a time.

Virtual sessions are typically held through Google Meet unless otherwise arranged. Sessions are designed to be supportive, focused, and interactive.
Depending on the service, we may work through reflection, conversation, coaching questions, creative inquiry, writing or editing feedback, strategic planning, energy-centered practices, or next-step development.
What should I expect during an in-person session?
For in-person sessions, I will communicate any relevant details in advance, including location, timing, preparation, and what to expect.
For Reiki or healing-centered sessions, a consent form may be requested before the session. You are encouraged to communicate any comfort needs, accessibility considerations, or questions beforehand.
Will there be any follow-up after the session?

How are digital products delivered?
Digital products are delivered electronically through email, download access, or another digital delivery method after purchase.
At this time, no physical products are shipped unless specifically stated in an individual product description.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of services, sessions, workshops, digital products, and downloadable materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Are Reiki, coaching, or reflective sessions a substitute for therapy or medical care?
No. Reiki, coaching, Soulful Insight Sessions, healing-centered practices, workshops, and reflective services are intended for educational, creative, personal development, and wellness-supportive purposes.
They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support. Please consult an appropriate licensed professional for medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns.
Do you offer writing, editing, or consulting support?
Yes. I offer writing, editing, consulting, facilitation, and program or learning design support for individuals, creative entrepreneurs, nonprofits, organizations, and mission-driven leaders.
