The following policies apply to services, sessions, workshops, programs, digital products, and related offerings provided through Soulful Living with Heather. By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or participating in an offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

Offerings through Soulful Living with Heather are intended for educational, reflective, creative, wellness-supportive, and personal or professional development purposes.

Services may include coaching, consulting, Reiki, healing-centered practices, reflective sessions, workshops, group programs, creative practice experiences, writing or editing support, and digital resources.

These offerings are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

Reiki & Healing-Centered Practices

Reiki and healing-centered practices are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, emotional balance, grounding, self-awareness, and energetic awareness.

Reiki and related services do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or mental health conditions. They are not a substitute for care from a licensed medical, mental health, or other healthcare professional.

If you have medical, physical, emotional, or mental health concerns, please consult an appropriate licensed professional. A consent form may be provided and requested before Reiki or healing-centered services.

Coaching, Reflective Sessions & Personal Development Services

Coaching, Soulful Insight Sessions, reflective services, and personal development offerings are intended to support growth, reflection, creative inquiry, emotional intelligence, spiritual exploration, clarity, and meaningful action.

These services are collaborative and educational in nature. They do not constitute therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support.

Participants are responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions, and well-being during and after participation.

Workshops, Circles & Group Sessions

Workshops, Healing Circles, group sessions, and related programs may integrate creative, educational, reflective, leadership, and complementary wellness practices.

Group offerings are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Participants are encouraged to engage at their own level of comfort and to take care of their physical, emotional, and personal boundaries.

Writing, Editing & Consulting Services

Writing, editing, consulting, facilitation, and program or learning design services are provided for educational, strategic, creative, organizational, and communication-support purposes.

Client outcomes may vary depending on project scope, participation, goals, implementation, and other factors. Soulful Living with Heather does not guarantee specific business, financial, publication, grant, employment, or organizational outcomes.

Assessments & Third-Party Tools

Some offerings may include optional third-party assessments, such as the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment.

Participation in assessments is optional unless specifically stated as part of a selected service or program. Assessment fees are set by the assessment provider or developer and may be subject to change. Coaching, consulting, and learning services can often be provided with or without assessments, depending on your goals.

Soulful Living with Heather is not responsible for the policies, pricing, technology, privacy practices, or terms of third-party platforms or assessment providers.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, workshops, or services at the agreed-upon time.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling may be subject to availability. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

For workshops, group programs, or events, cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary and will be communicated at the time of registration when applicable.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services, workshops, sessions, digital products, and downloadable materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds are not offered once:

A service has been delivered, scheduled, or partially completed
A workshop, group program, or event has begun
A digital product, resource, or downloadable item has been accessed or downloaded
A third-party assessment or related fee has been purchased or administered

Please review offerings carefully before purchasing and reach out with questions in advance if needed.

Digital Products & Access

Digital products, resources, guides, downloads, recordings, and related materials are for personal or internal use only unless otherwise stated.

Digital products may not be copied, shared, resold, republished, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Access instructions are typically provided electronically. Soulful Living with Heather is not responsible for technical issues caused by user error, device limitations, internet connection problems, or third-party platforms.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Most offerings are delivered electronically, virtually, or in person. No physical products are shipped at this time unless specifically stated in an individual product or service description.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Soulful Living with Heather, including written content, worksheets, guides, frameworks, workshop materials, digital products, recordings, and related resources, are the intellectual property of Heather Robinson Hernandez / Soulful Living with Heather unless otherwise noted.

You may use purchased or provided materials for your own personal, educational, reflective, or internal organizational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, adapt, or publicly share these materials without written permission.

Privacy & Data Use

Personal information is used only for purposes related to communication, scheduling, service delivery, purchases, program participation, and access to products or resources.

Information such as your name, email address, scheduling details, purchase history, and relevant service-related communication may be stored securely to support these functions.

Your information is not sold. Information is not intentionally shared with third parties except as necessary for service delivery, payment processing, scheduling, email communication, legal compliance, or use of third-party platforms connected to your purchase or participation.

Confidentiality

Soulful Living with Heather respects the privacy of clients and participants. Personal information shared in individual sessions is treated with care and discretion.

However, confidentiality may be limited in certain circumstances, including legal requirements, safety concerns, payment processing, scheduling platforms, third-party tools, or situations where disclosure may be required by law.

Participants in group sessions, workshops, or circles are expected to respect the privacy of others. Soulful Living with Heather cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information shared by participants in group settings.

Changes to Services or Policies

Offerings, pricing, availability, and policies may be updated periodically. Any material changes will be reflected on this page.
