Policies & Terms

The following policies apply to all services, sessions, workshops, and digital products offered through Soulful Living with Heather. By purchasing or participating, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

All offerings provided through Soulful Living with Heather are intended for educational, reflective, creative, and personal development purposes.

  • Reiki and healing-centered practices are complementary wellness practices designed to support relaxation, stress relief, emotional balance, and energetic awareness. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have medical concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare professional. A consent form will be provided and requested at the time of service.

  • Coaching, Soulful Insight Sessions, and reflective services support personal growth, creative inquiry, emotional intelligence, and spiritual exploration. These offerings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • Workshops and group sessions, including Healing Circles, integrate creative, educational, and complementary wellness practices. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

Participants are responsible for their own choices, participation, and well-being. If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, please reach out before purchasing.

Assessments and Third-Party Tools

Some offerings may include optional third-party assessments, such as the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment.

  • Participation in assessments is optional

  • Assessment fees are set by the developer (Multi-Health Systems Inc.) and are subject to change

  • Coaching services can be provided with or without assessments, depending on your goals

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services and digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds are not offered once:

  • A service has been delivered or scheduled, or

  • A digital product has been accessed or downloaded

Please review offerings carefully before purchasing and reach out with questions in advance if needed.

Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information is used only for the purposes of communication, service delivery, scheduling, and access to purchased products.

Information such as your name, email address, and purchase history may be stored securely to support these functions. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

All offerings are delivered electronically or in person.
No physical products are shipped at this time.

Changes to Services or Policies

Offerings, pricing, and policies may be updated periodically. Any material changes will be reflected on this page.
