Before the Session:
- Prepare your space by clearing and cleansing the energy.
- I will arrive promptly at your location at the scheduled time.
During the Session (45 minutes):
- Find a comfortable position on a standard massage table to relax and receive healing energy.
- Experience the flow of Reiki energy as I facilitate balance and harmony restoration.
After the Session (10 minutes):
- Engage in a brief discussion to share insights and impressions from the session.
- Receive personalized Chakra wellness tips to support ongoing balance.
